Notice of pendency
§ 81.24 Notice of pendency.
The petitioner shall, prior to judgment, file a notice of pendency if real property or any interest therein is or may be affected by the proceeding.
The petitioner must file a notice of pendency before judgment if real property may be affected. ★ (Standard clerk-facing filing.)
